The folded paper pieces that comprise part of the show are grounded in turn-of-the-century folk art patterns. Made by anonymous hands (circa 1900), the two-inch-square pieces are the result of a series of intricate folds that form an array of geometric shapes & patterns cast in the light hue of pink paper.
